Shipping policy

Due to the high volume of orders please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed. If you require your order sooner please select expedited shipping. Expedited orders process and ship within 3 business days. Overnight orders process within 1 business day. Once processed for shipping, you will receive notification of your tracking number. It sometimes takes up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to be updated by the post office. 

If you choose our 3-day or overnight shipping options, please order before 2:00pm CST that business day. Expedited orders that are not placed before 2:00pm CST will be processed the following business day.

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact the carrier. 

Radiant & Refined does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct prior to completion of your order. Due to cardholder security, we will not update shipping addresses. Packages that are 'returned to sender' due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer, will be issued a store credit minus shipping costs.
